J and K Safari’s is a small privately owned tour company based in St Lucia, KZN. It is run by the owners Jon and Kieries (J and K). Join them as they share their love for wildlife photography and their passion for the great South African environment, you will also enjoy their special brand of humour.

We offer very individualized tour packages tailor made to each guest’s requirements, no two tours are the same.

We also offer full day tours to Hluhluwe/Umfolosi Game Reserve.

 The areas we cover are: -

Kwazulu Natal, including the magnificent Drakensberg Mountains, Lake St Lucia, the Battlefields, Midlands Meander, North and South Coasts and the Hluhluwe Umfolozi Game Reserve (Big 5).

Mpumalanga, including Badplaas, Gods Window, the waterfalls, Blyde River Canyon, Sudwalla Caves and the Kruger National Park.

Tours range from 7 days to 14 days, according to the guest’s requirements.

All tours are conducted in an air conditioned vehicle. Tours are limited to maximum 2 adults and two children (under 12’s welcome).

We can now also accomodate groups of up to 16 people in an air-conditioned, luxury bus.

Accommodation varies, self-catering chalets (restaurants are available at certain resorts that we use, if no restaurant an outdoor bbq/braai is available at an extra cost).  The type of accommodation and price also depends on availability during South Africa’s high tourist seasons.

​

 All meals are for the guests account. Light snacks are provided in the vehicle (coffee, muffins, peanuts, crisps and fruit juice).

​

Any extras, boat trips, night drives, alcohol etc. are for the guests account.
